A seasoned professional with over 21 years experience in the telecoms and Radio operations industry with major
strengths in sales, marketing, technical and business development across 40 countries.
Thomas background is Bachelor of Telecom business and Engineering Management, and this has enabled him to
develop new businesses and products based on customer's needs. He did his Bachelor from Devry Institute of
Technology Columbus, Ohio USA.
Thomas has had long term association with Applied Science, Radio Communications Technology Community College
of the Air Force (United States Air Force), Maxwell AFB, and Alabama USA.
Thomas Assisted network services group in the operation of data and Cisco router networks; NEC Telephone
Switching fundamentals including adds, moves and changes; assisted in managing regional radio network, Tellabs Titan
5500 3/1 Digital Connect System, associated technologies.
Thomas coordinated approach toward results orientation made him Responsible to the outside corporate
customers for value added telecommunications services, regularly communicated with larger Telecommunications
companies such as AT&T, MCI, Qwest and WorldCom examining how they operated their procurement and what could be
done to improve there operation.
Thomas Cultural and Organizational adaptability whilst working in the United States, Europe, Middle East
and Australia benefited him developed an extensive and valuable network of contacts and references throughout Asia
Pacific. Currently Thomas close coordination with Ericsson Australia to support two core mobile networks (GSM and
CDMA) with various radio networks (CDMA/ 1XRTT, EVDO, GSM and UMTS). Thomas opined that these multiple networks
result in significant marketing, design and support duplication and can also cause customer confusion. His
consultancy, in rolling out a nation wide UMTS 850 HSPDA network with a common 3/GSM core, in Telstra Australia
and close relation with Ericsson will help phase out CDMA network eventually GSM network while providing the
customer with the same coverage they have today yet with improved products and services.
Thomas affiliations with IPTel group of consultants will be incorporated in our second consultancy in Middle East.
- Ahmad Rizwan - Chief technical Consultant
Ahmad Rizwan is Bachelor in Electronic Engineering from NED University established under Royal British empire
with an Advanced Post Grad Dip in Telecommunication, having over a decade of experience in Operation and Maintenance
of switching & Transmission in Telecommunications, planning and heading Telecom Infrastructure Deployment projects
for telecom majors and service providers. Ahmad played leading role in processing and evaluation of Fibre Optic
project in Australia and Pakistan and successfully commissioned Fibre Optic Hi-Speed transmission line as a
backbone for future expansion
Ahmad has successfully commissioned and put into operation Hutchison's (Huawei) IN Platform in Pakistan Telecom
Company a Turnkey Project for 12 Nodes, spread over 18 cities of Pakistan with a proven track record of maintaining
project efficiency of over 100% and a CSI of 4 or Above on a scale of 5. An effective communicator with exceptional
relationship management skills with the ability to relate to 3rd party contractor and people at any 1st / 2nd level
of technical and management across the globe and significant experience working with customers, cross-cultural
technical teams for securing & executing concurrent projects and their operation and maintenance.
Following ITU, 3GPP recommendations Ahmad was assigned to prepare specifications by the Pak Telecom Company
and Ericsson's joint projects on development and up-gradation of network infrastructure with reference to future
prospective. He started working in multiple projects and assignments on the path to 3G for GSM and CDMA. He
performed comprehensive research and prepared reports on the basis of the most GSM carriers best option to deploy
GPRS as a 2.5G solution then move to UMTS, also known as wideband CDMA (WCDMA), while CDMA carriers are evolving to
cdma2000 1X for 3G. Ahmad included in report that for TDMA carriers, however, the path is not set in stone. His work
during this tenure made him well familiar with the equipment that has to be modified for UMTS operation and services.
His knowledge about UTRAN and RNC (control equipment for Node B) is widely recognised.
Ahmad ‘s contributions and skills for GSM RBS 200 Replacement EDGE Rollout ~ 2106 RBS 2206 are recognized
by giant Telecom vndors and service providers such as Ericsson, ZTE Telecom, Ascom Hasler, Telstra Australia he has
strong grasp on Network Evolution – Modernisation Replacement of Common Core – MSC Soft Switch, MGwy, SGSN/GGSN HLR
Redundancy and OSS platform.
- Kamran Shamsi Senior Consultant BPO and HR Management
Kamran Shamsi is Master in Business MBA from Melbourne Australia and accredited member of Australian Institute
of Business Management Management he brought with him his years long experience of progressive management experience
with full P&L responsibility in strategic planning, marketing / general management, business / product development,
and operations with fortune 500 companies in international markets. Kamran posses keen understanding of customer
needs and optimal work environment to ensure maximum performance and sense of bottom line profitability. Kamran
expertise in R&D, regulatory affairs, third party vendors, Technical community and all stakeholders for business
development are widely accepted by the multinational while he was working in Solagran International Melbourne, his
attitude toward liaise with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) is extraordinary. Kamran Successfully launched 5 new products
simultaneously in all Gulf markets that ultimately were ranked in top 3 – 10 products in their individual segments
with rationalised marketing spend for maximum return, he Introduced and managed series of planned events for key
opinion leaders (focus groups), and seminars resulting in better positioning of targeted products in KSA & Gulf
markets. He was active member of Hoechst Behring Product Management Group in Germany.

- Marie Maragos - Human Resources and Training Consultant
Marie Maragos joined this group of an extremely competitive, enterprising, assertive, and
determined and goal oriented background. Marie is First Class Honours, Bachelor of Business, and Banking & Finance,
from Monash University Melbourne Australia. Marie’s skills to achieve both her 'people-oriented' and her personal
goals, are hard driving, eager and active and if delayed, occasionally impatient.
She is extremely logical, reflective, analytical, factual and very practical. She enjoys things that
challenge her capacity to conquer. For the sake of interest as well as necessity, she becomes an expert in things
that intrigue and challenge her. Her years of experience in Asia Pacific market research followed by extensive
market research on the Australian product markets specially financial modelling & valuations, presentations to the
